- 1Clients open the portal from the clinic link and sign in with the details your clinic has on file.
- 2The portal shows upcoming and past appointments so clients can confirm what has already been booked.
- 3Active packages show remaining service quantities, expiry date, value remaining, amount paid, amount outstanding, and invoice status.
- 4Use the portal package view during payment follow-up so clients can see the same outstanding package balance your team sees.
- 5Ask clients to contact the clinic if a package balance, expiry date, or invoice status looks wrong.
- 6Keep package redemptions current from appointment details so the portal always reflects accurate remaining sessions.
