Step-by-step guide

  1. 1Open Support to review trust cards for status, security, audit exports, and SLA-sensitive support.
  2. 2Use Download audit JSON on Support to export recent clinic audit events with actor email, action, entity, timestamp, and metadata.
  3. 3Open the Status page for current operational posture across the app workspace, public booking, data/export workflows, and notifications.
  4. 4Use Import and Export for CSV handover files and migration/audit evidence.
  5. 5Use Notifications to review delivery logs for client and clinic communications.
  6. 6Use urgent priority for production-impacting booking, payment, login, or data access issues.
  7. 7Include clinic name, affected page, user, booking or invoice ID, timestamps, and screenshots when opening support requests.
  8. 8Review role access and clinic membership before giving staff admin-level permissions.
