By creating an account or using Appointa, you agree to these Terms. If you use Appointa on behalf of a clinic or business, you confirm you are authorised to bind that organisation.
2. Services
Appointa provides appointment scheduling and clinic operations software. Features can evolve, and we may update functionality to improve security, reliability and compliance.
3. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for account credentials, user permissions, and ensuring data entered into Appointa is lawful, accurate, and permitted for processing.
4. Fees and Billing
Subscription pricing is billed according to your selected plan. Taxes, payment provider charges, and any third-party fees may apply separately.
5. GDPR and Data Protection
Appointa processes personal data in accordance with applicable data protection law, including the GDPR where applicable. Clinics remain data controllers for patient/client data they enter, and Appointa acts as a processor for platform services.
6. Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for serious violations, abuse, or security risks.
